Arrrrgghhh, me hearties, it was Pirate Day at OES and there were loads of scallywags roaming our hallways! The first graders were entertained by "Captain Tollie Ross" who put on his land legs just to visit. He told some pirate jokes and read 2 books about pirates! Every first grader wanted to become a matey and search for treasure, but no one wanted to risk having to walk the plank! Many, many thanks to a fantastic pirate - Captain Ross- for his very special presentation!
